At philosophy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for products that do not meet your expectations. If you are not delighted with your skincare or fragrance experience, we provide a seamless process to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
- 2.Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization slip inside before affixing the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
